We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

1.2 Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Gift cards

1.3 Return Process

If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at our Customer Service Email 

    at nicepiececrochet@outlook.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

  • Pack the item securely, including a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

2. Refunds

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

2.2 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account or credit card statement. If the refund is not reflected, please contact your financial institution as there may be processing delays.
