2.How much does shipping cost?
You can enjoy free shipping on orders overUS$21.99. Otherwise, it costs US$6.
If you need express shipping, you could choose it at checkout, which costs US$10.
PS. We have free shipping site-wide promotions during sale season. Stay tuned!
3.How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing Time: 1business days.(Usually within 24h, and it will be delayed to within 48-72h during the certain holiday. )

Standard Shipping Time: 7-20 business days.
Express Shipping Time: 6-8 business days.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances)
4.How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at https://www.17track.net/en. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available. What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at nicepiececrochet@outlook.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.

1.3 Return Process
If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at our Customer Service Email at nicepiececrochet@outlook.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
Pack the item securely, including a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
